This has been an ongoing project for a little over a year! I was inspired a while ago to make an illustration of me & Jordan! As soon as I started, I knew I was going to be spending a lot of time working on this, and to be honest, I spent so long on my hair alone, I was burnt out and quit working on this for a solid 8 months. With my portfolio quickly approaching, I was motivated to finish the project I once started! My goal was to make it look as realistic as possible using gradient mesh, and I am very happy with how it turned out! The bottom image is the original picture I started with, the middle picture is my final illustration, and the far right image is the outline form of my illustration showing how much work went into this illustration! All I can say is I am very glad I finished it! It was worth the hours :)
